ABSTRACT
This paper reports the effects of the type and dosage of accelerators on the strength development of shotcrete based on field and laboratory tests. It was learned that, the compressive strength of shotcrete is proportional to the compressive strength obtained by the laboratory test, regardless of the cement content, accelerator type, and accelerator dosage. Accordingly, estimation of the strength of shotcrete is deemed feasible by using the proposed method adopted in this study.
